It is 30 years we took the combat that Djiboutians has starts by defying the colonial power, choosing the ultimate sacrifice, so that our either independent. We are proud to be Djiboutian and we return homage to those which have fight to tear off this independence. 

By the commemoration of the day of our independence and the memory of the missing martyrs, we preys god to grants his paradise to them, for those which are alive, we wish them a long life. The birthday of the independence offer also to operate to prospect the stakes of the future.  The concretization inevitably passed by safeguarding of the independence and the valorously of the Republic of Djibouti, made the sacrifice for the covering of dignity and sovereignty by the perseverance to more consolidate the Republic of Djibouti in the concert of the Nation. 

This vision was put forward by the president from the president of the Republic of Djibouti chief of the government his excellence Mr. Ismael Omar Guelleh President  underlines  his speech for  the celebration of the thirtieth birthday of the independence, an a speech in which the president of republic evokes several aspect on the economic situation, political social and the youth of the country as well as progress amerces and made since our accession has the national independence. 

 

In which it had  particular stresses the reinforcement of the cohesion of the society  as well as the dedication of the will of the people, within the framework of the State of right and the values and constants of a national identity deeply  in our authentic culture. The program of president Ismail Omar Guelleh for the Republic of Djibouti of tomorrow A inaugurates a new stage of labor and realizations in all the fields sour the way of the consolidation of the economic performances of Djibouti and the reinforcement of its integration in the economy.. 

The ambitious objectives of  the Head of the State has fixed in this program aim primarily have to preserve the economic equilibrium, have to found the bases of an economy able to innovate, have to give fresh impulse and have investments, and the environment of the favorable business and have to stimulate the private initiative more. 

These objectives, which are in conformity with the plans of development economic and social,. The 11th summit of the comesa have as an ambition to hoist Djibouti with the row of the countries advances.   Today, the time had just unified the national values, to preserver the advances and the developed  the independence do not become banal but is pursue like one of the fundamental values of our lives.
